Atelier Creation & Processing Time
Every piece at Nicola Xu Atelier is meticulously handcrafted to order. To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, please allow the following timeframes for your order to be prepared for shipment:

Standard Collections: 5–7 business days.

Bespoke / Custom Orders: 3–4 weeks. Each custom veil or accessory requires hand-stitching and quality inspection.

Holiday Seasons: During peak seasons or public holidays, please allow up to 10–14 business days for processing.

Worldwide Delivery & Transit Expectations
We are proud to offer global shipping to our brides and clients in North America, Europe, the UK, and beyond. Once your order leaves our atelier, estimated transit times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days.
Please note: Transit times for standard shipping may be affected by local customs procedures. While we provide full tracking, the final delivery is subject to customs clearance.

Expedited Shipping (FedEx / DHL / UPS): 5–7 business days.
Recommended for time-sensitive bridal orders.

Shipping Rates
Orders over $150: Complimentary Standard Worldwide Shipping.

Orders under $100: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional flat rate or calculated cost during checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your country may apply import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Nicola Xu Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.
